Experience 06 — Aurora
Light painted
by math.
No camera caught this sky. Every ribbon of green and violet overhead is drawn from noise in a fragment shader — additive curtains, layered live, sixty times a second.
The sky is
a formula.
A handful of sine waves and fractal noise, folded into vertical bands and coloured by height. There is no photograph here — only equations glowing over a field of stars.
Additive,
never opaque.
Each curtain is kept deliberately dim, so where two overlap they build into brighter light instead of blowing out — the way real aurora stack in the atmosphere.
